Since joining CodeNode as a sales executive in 2016, Christian has experienced over a thousand events at the venue, and is always keen to share his learnings with new clients. As Director he now heads up all sales within the company. Whether it's a bespoke hackathon or specially curated conference, he's confident that the CodeNode team will deliver your event to the best of their abilities.

Pauline is the Chief Operating Officer at CodeNode, where she excels in driving operational effectiveness while also taking charge of the company's ESG goals. With a keen focus on efficiency, strategic execution, and responsible business practices, Pauline plays a pivotal role in steering the growth and accomplishments of our organisation.

Venue Manager Clinton Janz oversees the Events Team and Venue Operations at CodeNode. With his love for events and excellent event planning skills, he helps to make each event as successful and memorable as possible for both the clients and the attendees. Working closely and efficiently with event organisers as well as internal & external stakeholders lies at the heart of his work style and paves the way for an excellent experience for everyone involved.

Giulia is a passionate event organiser with a penchant for adding sparkle to every occasion. With a flair for creativity and meticulous attention to detail, she thrives on turning visions into unforgettable experiences. From concept to execution, she brings energy, enthusiasm, and a touch of magic to every event, ensuring that each moment shines brightly in the memories of all who attend.

In her free time she loves to teach ballet to kids and enjoys long walks by the river side with friends. She also likes to travel the world to discover new places and cultures

Paddy is a highly skilled audio/visual technician and touring sound engineer. Known for their impeccable attention to detail, they specialise in delivering top-notch sound, lighting, and visual solutions. Whether it's an event or a production, Paddy is dedicated to providing seamless and professional audio-visual experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Michela joined our company as Venue Sales Executive and is constantly looking for cool clients who want to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. She believes in the power of a positive, optimistic attitude, and has a genuine love for working with clients. Outside of work you can find her practising yoga or dreaming about her next trip.

Laura is HR & Operations Administrator at CodeNode who manages admin and human capital of the company. Following her passion for people and culture, she ensures that organisation has the right talent to achieve its objectives and maintain a positive experience of our clients. 

With a tail that never stops wagging and a nose for networking, Pepper is paws-itively the most fetching addition to our team. He loves tagging along during site visits and ensuring that your conference experience is filled with paw-some vibes and a whole lot of tail-wagging excitement!
